Purchasing Policy:
All orders must be paid in full at time of ordering. Orders being paid for with credit card or PayPal will incur a 3% surcharge to cover the processing fees associated with those merchant services.
JAM'n Audio has a no return policy unless prior arrangements are made and in writing. Items that are returned through a pre-arranged agreement will incur a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions.
Under no circumstances will custom products be subject to return. We highly recommend you come in and audition a piece of equipment or system before making your purchase.
Most items in our listening room are available for in-home demo to our local customers. In-Home equipment demo's require being secured by credit card. Customers not able to come in for an
audition may have access to a demo piece of equipment if it will not prevent local customers from having access to the unit. The cost for shipping demo equipment will be paid by the customer
(shipping to and return of product back to JAM'n Audio) and requires a credit card authorization for the full amount of the unit shipped including shipping cost.
In all cases, the customer taking possession of the equipment for demo purposes is responsible for any damage incurred while in their posession (includes the transportation/shipping process)
which includes repair of or full purchase of damaged product at the discretion of JAM'n Audio
JAM'n Audio will work with our customers to resolve any issues related to damage in shipping, however, shipping is FOB Lake Villa, IL or the manufacturers facility when drop shipped and it is the
customers responsibility to initiate a claim with the transportation service used for delivery. You must immediately open packages upon delivery and notify the shipper, JAM'n Audio and the
manufacturer is drop shipped of damage within 3 days of delivery or there is no recourse for damages. We will only ship items fully insured for their replacement value plus shipping cost, this
includes shipments to Canada and other locations outside the US. International customers are responsible for all Duties and Tariffs in their respective countries, prices quoted strictly cover the
product cost and shipping fees. JAM'n Audio assumes no additional cost. Customer assumes additional shipping fees that result as from such causes a unavailable for delivery, refused shipment,
non-deliverable address. We attempt to verify address through the shipper prior to shipment but ultimately you are responsible for the information given for shipping purposes.
