Purchasing Policy: JAM'n Audio has a no return policy unless prior arrangements are made and in writing. We highly recommend you come in
and audition a piece of equipment or system before making your purchase. We will endeavor to make available most units for in home demo
(local customers) whenever possible (secured by credit card). Customers not able to come in for an audition may have access to a demo piece
of equipment if it will not prevent local customers from having access to the unit. The cost for shipping demo equipment will be paid by the
customer (shipping to and return of product back to JAM'n Audio) and requires a credit card authorization for the full amount of the unit shipped
including shipping cost

All custom built and manufactured to order items require a 65% non-refundable deposit with the balance due prior to delivery. Items being
ordered require payment prior to delivery and secured deposit or credit card number prior to item being ordered from manufacturer or
distributor. Under no circumstances will custom built or built to order items be subject to any return.
JAM'n Audio will work with our customers to resolve any issues related to damage in shipping, however, shipping is FOB Lake Villa, IL and it is
the customers responsibility to initiate a claim with the transportation service used for delivery. We will only ship items fully insured for there
replacement value plus shipping cost. This includes shipments to Canada. Some items may be dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer
and their shipping policies take precedence. Resolution of shipping issues in this case must be resolved with the manufacturer but JAM'n Audio
will work on your behalf to help resolve the issue as best we can.
